Nice hotel in a quiet location with a 15 minute walk to Puerto Banus. Very clean and food was very nice with decent choice. Drinks are on the expensive side with 500ml bottles of water priced at 2€.
It would be nice if hotels would reduce this price as drinking water in the heat of summer is essential and racks up quite a bill.
After a mix up with our room (huge thanks to the reception staff for sorting this out) location we were upgraded to the top suite in the hotel for the last 4 days of our holiday which had a huge balcony, sun beds, Balinese bed and jacuzzi. Very nice but I wouldn't pay the asking price as I don't think it's worth it.The sea view was nice but is spoiled by overlooking a building/scrap yard which isn't very nice to look at. Pool view rooms on the higher floors have a side view of the sea which is adequate for this hotel. Not much to do round about hotel with no shops nearby so be prepared to walk. Staff were all very pleasant and kept the hotel running smoothly. Time for the bathrooms to be upgraded and and fit walk in showers. Baths with showers can be slippery when getting in and out and are not suitable for everyone, especially if you have any type of spinal conditions.More
