Collioure is a wonderful seaside town and well worth a few days visit. For us, it was small enough to be easily walkable but with enough features to want to stay,

We stayed for 3 nights in mid October with good weather and smaller crowds. The Casa Pairal is perfectly located at the edge of the old town. If you are driving, you should reserve a spot at the hotel especially in high season as public parking is available across the street but limited.

Others have written about finding the hotel and parking, and while it is somewhat difficult to see due to the usual small signage in France, it should not be a concern. For easiest access, drive into town and stop at the combined taxi stand, tourist train and parking lot. Walk across the street through a laneway to the front of the hotel. The staff will direct you to parking.

The hotel itself was quiet with courtyard rooms away from any noise of which there was littlel Our ground floor room was above average for the class but the room was a little smaller. The garden/fountain/pool area was quite pleasant. We chose this hotel for location and a ground floor room for mobility issues and we were very satisfied. From our perspective, this is the best place to stay in Colioure.

The entrance to the hotel car park is very tight with a security barrier. The car park is equally as tight with the hotel asking to retail your car keys so that the can move them around as they wish. I refused to do this and had to move my car when asked. This is despite our group booked parking places in advance. The car park is shared with their adjacent sister hotel. You then have to walk around the garden and pool to get to reception. Having said all of this the bedrooms are all different leading off the garden. The breakfasts are good. This hotel is ideally located fotr the beach, markets and excellent restaurants.

This is by far the best hotel in town with lots of unique and comfortable rooms. A lovely garden with a fountain and a piscine. Pretty lobby. Very quiet. Excellent bed and private bath. Friendly reception. Good breakfast, European style. And some free parking if you are lucky.

We were on our way to the Pyrenees and French friends recommended a detour via Collioure - and we were not disappointed. We booked relatively late on and wanted to be somewhere central that had parking. Hotel la Casa Pairal is a smallish hotel which is very difficult to find but the staff at the sister hotel on the main road helped us enormously to find the car park. We arrived on a hot day in late September having had a very early start from a very wet UK. The hotel staff were very kind and made us a delicious omelette and salad and we had a couple of glasses of local Rosé wine. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was a good size and had a good sized bathroom also. We didn't get the chance to swim but the pool looked very inviting. The breakfast was served outside and was excellent. Would love to return and stay longer - a really relaxing experience.

Room tip: The garden view rooms with a balcony are lovely.

This was a very pretty little hotel in the center of town. It is close to everything, and about a block from the water. What a nice little village. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the service was good. The main office is like an old mansion. The fountain area with tables is pretty. The rooms are a little sparse and small, but we didn't spend much time in the room. Figuring out where to park was kind of stressful. Get directions, for sure.
