We booked a stay here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were so glad we choose it. It is a short stroll from the centre which is a scenic walk in itself. We had our own outdoor hot tub which was such a treat after exploring the stunning area during the day. There was also sun loungers and seating which would be wonderful in the sunshine. The bed was very comfy and all facilities were quality.

We ate at the restaurant one evening and every mouthful was amazing, I may have gotten a little excited with the cheese cart. The wine menu was huge but the staff very helpful in helping us choose.

I would definitely like to stay in here again should I return to Carcassonne.

Lovely hotel very clean and rooms stylish and comfortable.
Breakfasts were absolutely wonderful. Great choice with friendly and efficient service.
The hotel is also well situated for the Citie. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful lunch to celebrate - the perfect venue. The atmosphere is quiet and refined. We were able to choose our own wooden handled knife for the meal. We had asparagus, tuna, lamb, the biggest cheese cart I could even imagine, a crashing chocolate flowerpot and delicious sweet treats. The service is impeccable - waiting staff are true professionals at Le Parc. A memorable day is all the best ways.

What an amazing restaurant this is - the experience starts with welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff plus a stylish, contemporary interior and understated but ingenious lighting.

And then there was the food!
There were super, seasonal menu options and we chose the Emotion set menu of, I think, five courses but preceded by delicious canapés and with a pre dessert too. We also chose their selection of wines with each course - a wise decision.

It’s not worth detailing it all but we even loved the red mullet though it’s not something we’d usually choose. Fabulous food, beautifully presented.

The chef came to say goodbye after our unforgettable evening at this deservedly two Michelin star restaurant.

The room we stayed in was very nicely decorated. Everything was comfortable and we slept well. The whirlpool on the balcony was quite a treat and seemed to be clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately we had very dirty glasses and the makeup mirror was really smudgy - quite disgusting to be honest. Another demerit we noted was that the room was not soundproof at all. We heard every word our room neighbours spoke and every step they made in their room - thank God they were very quiet at night - but to rely on your neighbours not to turn on the TV after you went to bed, get up early or just talk should not be the standard in a nice hotel like that.
