3 years ago we stayed at Maison Souquet on our honeymoon and it was absolutely gorgeous! Overdue for a Paris trip we came back to celebrate our 3rd Wedding Anniversary at Maison Souquet. As soon as we walked in the door we were welcomed back by Yoni and Sylviane and we felt very special indeed. :) It felt like we hadnt been away for 3 years and it was wonderful seeing them both again. I love it how they are part of the hotel and you see them regularly rather than being tucked away in an office, it makes you feel like you are guests in their home.

This hotel has beautifully appointed rooms and all with colorful stories, the decor is stunning and elegant, the private pool is just a wonderful surprise in this hotel, the fabulous bar for the best cocktails is a must! The breakfasts are delicious and served in the winter garden which is divine. The place just takes your breath away!

The staff are absolutely brilliant, attentive and just wonderful to deal with or just having a chat. The service its top class. To give you 1 example of the 1st class service let me share this with you - for breakfast they were very accommodating with my dietarys as I am gluten & dairy free. This particular morning I ordered my usual breakfast and when it came, the gorgeous waitress apologised for the delay (but I didnt think so) only to proceed to tell me they had run out of gluten free bread and rushed out to get me some for my breakfast. Now that is service, that is 1st class service and I was very grateful for that and I just thought how cool is this hotel, they get it! I was really impressed! :) Thats just one of the things but there were so many - truly, the staff are brilliant!

Congrats Yoni and Sylviane - its a beautiful stunning hotel that ticks all the boxes! We will back hopefully sooner than 3 years! :)

If you want to experience Pigalle and Montmartre you have to stay at Maison Souquet - its perfect!

Regards
D :)

Room Tip: When booking a Junior suite make sure you follow up with hotel to include bath as we just assumed they all had baths. :)

We stayed here for 4 nights. The room we had was quite small but beautifully furnished, the bathroom was also small, only one person at a time could use it. Use the spa if you get the opportunity, you can reserve it for your personal use, at no extra charge.
The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble.
My only ‘moan’ was the breakfast, it is very expensive for what you actually get, €36 for an American breakfast, which consisted of a small bowl of fresh fruit, yoghurt, a bakery basket, two eggs, tea or coffee. It was delicious but not worth €36 in my opinion. There are plenty of places within walking distance that serve equally delicious produce at a fraction of the price.
Would we stay here again - definitely!

Dear Madame,

We would like to thank you for sharing your impression about your recent stay at Maison Souquet on TripAdvisor.

On behalf of the hotel team, we would like to thank you for your kind words.

Our decoration, signed by Jacques Garcia, is the biggest part of our guests’ journey to the Belle Epoque, all is made to recreate the codes and the particular atmosphere of old houses of pleasure.

We are happy to know also that you have spent a great moment in our Salon d'Eau.

We would be glad to welcome you back during your next Parisian getaway.

Kind regards,

Sylviane Sanz

I traveled with my best friend and we loved our experience at the Maison Souquet. From the moment we walked into the hotel we were warmly welcomed with detailed attention. The history of the property, the interiors by Jacques Garcia, rooms and service provided a memorable stay. I highly recommend this property for couples and/or close friends traveling together.

Loved this hotel!
From the lush decor and very welcoming bedding, to the courteous, friendly staff - this a fab stay in Paris. Highly recommend getting the private spa access to either get rid of your hangover or just share a romantic moment with your special someone.

Stayed there on occasion for about a week. Location: superb. Service and hospitality: fantastic. Room, bathroom, and amenities: above most weird expectations. Altogether: very good, very romantic, lovely place in one of the loveliest districts of Paris. The bar inside is also a very special. Besides all that - an absolutely unbelievable SPA in the basement. Important remark: It is a hotel for lovers, not a business joint.
