This hotel is close walking distance to the Montmartre attractions and to the local metro and bus but a quiet typically Parisian location which means restful as well. Clean rooms, good beds, hot water and friendly helpful staff add to the pleasure of staying here. And restaurants, a patisserie and a great cheese shop are just around the corner. This hotel was in a beautiful district of Paris with great transport links to everywhere you wanted to visit. The staff at the desks were very friendly and had a good sense of humour (particularly Serene!) which made you feel welcome and assured. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had all the amenities needed. I would definitely come back here again! Merci beaucoup for a great stay!

Just spent three very pleasant nights at this lovely hotel. Set back on a quiet-ish street it's a haven from the hustle and bustle, while being an ideal base for exploring historic Montmartre.
The welcome was warm and the check-in quick and easy. The room was very clean and quite spacious by Paris standards. The room could have done with a little more soundproofing. However this appears to be a common issue with Paris hotels. A minor grumble and it certainly didn't spoil our stay.
We were visiting Paris to attend a concert at the opposite end of the city and we had been looking for somewhere with good transport links. The hotel is well served by two metro stations on different lines - making the whole city easily accessible.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every staff member we encountered was so friendly. The rooms were clean and made up every day by the maids and nothing was too much trouble. I couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough. I would recommend it to my family, friends and anyone I heard was going to Paris. Close enough to the action and far enough away to be special and romantic. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable boutique hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room is cozy. Central to Metro service and Montmartre. Great place to stay in Paris. There are some great bistros in walking distance, as well as the Sacre Coeur Church. We really loved the location.

We took the train from St Pancras train station, London to Gare du Nord. From here it was a quick uber ride to Hotel de Flore. We stayed at Hotel de Flore for a week in January. The room was small but big enough for 2 people, with a lovely shower and room service every day.
My husband had a few business meetings in Paris and we intended on exploring the city. Unfortunately the only time we got to see the city was the Saturday evening on our arrival and the Sunday. It was basically raining every day since we got there till we left (it was also in this week that the Sein river overflowed it's banks). I became very ill from the Monday until we had to leave on the Saturday, mostly lying in bed at the hotel. On Wednesday my husband also started a very bad cold. The staff was extremely helpful in looking after us, warming up soup, making us tea and trying to help wherever they can.
The hotel is a few steps away from 2 grocery stores, a lot of good restaurants, quite a few pattiseries, pharmacies and just around the corner from the metro and busstop going into the centre of Paris.
We will definitely come back to Paris (rather in the Spring) and would love to stay at Hotel de Flore again. Thank you for your hospitality.
