Great location was visiting Epernay as it easy to walk to the center. Not a grand hotel but a converted house. Its more like a very up market bed and breakfast. The hotel owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were a bit small but very clean.
there is good off street parking. Would visit again.

From the outside Le Clos Raymi is an attractive building
We were given a tiny attic room which though clean was hot, sparsely furnished and not a room to relax in
Did not want to stay for breakfast
Will not be back

A beautiful house and garden in the style of a hunting lodge, set among the warehouses and factories busy producing some of the world's finest champagnes. Large iron gates close behind you, completing the rural effect and giving security to the gravelled parking area. The staff were all friendly and helpful and our breakfast perfectly pleasant, being brought from an old country-style kitchen into the high-ceilinged breakfast room with its tall, elegant windows and doors.
OK, there is not every mod con you would expect in a dull modern hotel, but it was a peaceful, relaxing and genteel night's stay.

Room tip: There are only about seven rooms to choose from, so just grab one.

Absolutely gobsmacked at the high rating for this hotel. This does not feel like a hotel, more like a guesthouse. The building is lovely in a dilapidated sort of way, not so charming when you see your tiny little room and find the shower old and broken. The manager (owner) was indifferent to a degree of rudeness, she just handed us the keys and pointed us to our room. We were not showed around the hotel and were made to feel unwelcome as they were always in the kitchen adjoining the entrance. The neglected garden could be lovely but again there is no real access to them and no place to sit quietly. We could hear EVERYTHING in this hotel, every arrival, conversation, door opening and closing and the noise from the central vacuuming system makes an absolute racket, especially annoying at 4pm when you need a quiet rest. I booked online at €180 and the advertised rate was €175, clearly displayed in the room! There are a few better placed hotels right on Avenue de Champagne at a cheaper rate or at least a better quality of accommodation. If you insist on staying here avoid room ‘City’ - it is tiny and the shower does not work. Parking is useful but we noticed that most hotels in the area had private parking.

This small boutique hotel is well placed in Epernay, near the centre , but in a quiet street ( just behind Moët and Chandon)
Rooms very clean, and we were made very welcome. The breakfast is not cheap, but very good, and plentiful. We didn’t eat a meal at midday! And importantly there is free , secure , off road parking !! Very important in a town like Epernay.
