Recently stayed for 2 nights at Castelbrac. This is a lovely hotel and the staff are amazing. Whilst there the concierge even cleaned my car without any prompting (or charge). If you can book a room with a terrace overlooking the bay it’s even better. The hotel offer a motor launch trip around the bay and having taken the tour I would thoroughly recommend this. The town is very nice but would definitely suggest a trip to Saint Malo which is quite close.

We had a one night stay that was astonishingly good in all respects. Location, welcome, accommodation, service and food all excellent. I would not hesitate to return. A first class experience; we were made to feel very welcome.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, excellent staff. Possibly the tiniest swimming pool I’ve ever seen but still great. Eclectic interior. Great parking. Views fantastic. Fab walk in showers in room. The quietest air con I’ve ever known.

A very classy hotel in Dinard. Converted villa that has rooms in two or three separate buildings all perched on the sea edge overlooking the bay/St Malo. Very high standard of conversion with very modern but classy feel to the whole place. Bar area and restaurant very good - and very busy as it was the Easter holiday.
Car park has a very narrow entrance down a slope off a narrow road and has limited spaces - and parking nearby would be tricky if they had all gone. That said once in they park the car for you! All in all a very high class hotel in a lovely location with some excellent friendly staff.

Castelbrac is more than just a hotel, it is a sanctuary with an air of deep history and peace. Nestled in the French Brittany coast cliffs of Dinard, across the bay from St Malo, Castelbrac is the perfect destination for a luxury couples retreat. The rooms are pristine, and extremely comfortable. In the sea facing accommodation, leaving the window ajar allows the gentle lapping of the tides to lull you to sleep at night. The Pourquoi Pas restaurant is exquisite and the old aquarium converted bar is full of character.

The on site spa is a real treat, but if you want some city buzz, St Malo is 15 minutes away by taxi.

Service is excellent, yet subtle.
