The food was good, but it got cold bc they brought the appetizer and the main course out at the same time. It also took them 20 minutes to prepare some vegetables...I think they forgot about me. The inside smells like smoke bc all the smokers sit right outside next to the door, and the door is open, so it sucks all the smoke inside. Kind of lame. Good food, though. Big portions.

Tried to have a lunch with a baby but that turned out to be impossible. Staff included chef were extremely uncooperative for any alternative to have a baby with a carriage despite several options available. Never again experience to us.

Relaxed atmosphere. We came in a few minutes past opening times and they served us without complaining. I really liked the food and with the build your own ramen options it’s something for everyone.

Seriously, poorly executed toppings, mediocre broth, normal noodles. Had Miso and spicy miso broth, both were nothing special. The toppings were the same, the menma was bland, the spicy tofu was pretty much unseasoned, might have been dipped in paprika powder. The ajitsuke tamago or two day marinated egg might have been marinated for 20 minutes. It was also not soft boiled, it was boiled for around 8 minutes. The vegetarian creation was a joke, it had potato and cauliflower in it. I'm all for innovation but only if the execution is handled well. The potato was under cooked and the cauliflower was kinda roasted. Neither complimented the ramen in any way. The toppings were all crude in nature. The only reason this rating is a 3 is because the staff was amazingly friendly, otherwise it would have been a 2.
