Had an amazing SPA day on weekend. It took a while to manage the booking but staff is very friendly. Had a wonderful massage done by very friendly lady named Jas, thanks to her I feel much more relax.

Friendly efficient check-in for an overnight stay. Clean, quite spacious room, which appeared to have been recently refurbished; we have stayed here before and the room seemed much improved compared with past experiences.

After settling in, we went to the rather soulless lounge bar adjoining reception, to order a couple of drinks and some sandwiches. The drinks service at the bar was slow and rather unfocused. The food was satisfactory, but when the sandwiches arrived no napkin was provided and we were asked whether we wanted cutlery. This seemed a surprising question given that each sandwich was accompanied by a dressed side-salad. Unless we were supposed to eat the side salad rather messily with our fingers, I'd have thought it obvious that cutlery and a napkin should automatically be provided. This is of course a relatively minor issue. But it is indicative of a lack of attention to detail and basic standards. In addition, no one returned to enquire whether the food was satisfactory. There are several reviews on Tripadvisor which indicate below par service in some areas. It's a shame, because with just a little training the whole ambiance of this place could be transformed.

Overall, reasonable value accommodation right next to Brands Hatch race track. Given the location, be prepared at times for a bit of noise from the race track. We were woken at 7.15 am by the sound of revving engines.

I do truly apologize that we did not manage to host you up to your expectations.

You are absolutely right - we have improved our products much in comparison to previous years. All rooms have been refurbished including bathrooms. We are proud of them.
Shortly there will be some changes in our Restaurant & Spa.

One night stay. Last Sunday. Nice room, beds were comfy and all in all a nice presented room. Teas and coffees but no fridge which is not an issue. Bathroom and shower very good. We had a meal Sunday evening. The service for us was spot on and the food was good

Just got back from a night away at the Mecure Dartford. The room was lovely and spacious with a very comfy double bed. We were impressed with the theme of the race course throughout the hotel. The spa was lovely however we were disappointed as the steam room was out of action with no urgency of getting it sorted. As there were a lot of paying guests it seems a shame this was not a top priority. We ate in the restaurant for dinner, the food was very nice however the service was very slow we had to ask multiple times for our order to be taken and it wasn't busy at all so no excuse for this. This lack of urgency was apparent at breakfast as well as staff were slow to replace the buffet when it was running low. Overall, it was a nice relaxing stay but staff could do with a bit more urgency as this was our only complaint.
