As a local resident of the area it’s great having a space that is relaxing enabling me to complete my studies and planning for work. Starbucks within the hotel is a great place to come on a weekend and the staff are very welcoming, accommodating and polite. Amaya and Gemma were on shift today and were great and accommodating, especially considering I was working here form 10-5. Always a delight. More

Fantastic service in the pub and grill as always, great atmosphere and easily the best place to watch the football with two huge tvs !!
Could not recommend this place enough it's absolutely worth a visit especially if you're wanting big screens and bar snacks.. shout out to kallum on the bar

The staff inside the Starbucks are so lovely. Gemma and hollie were so polite and very friendly and the service was fast.the Drinks tasted perfect. I will be back to use this store again in the future.

went to the on-site starbucks and had the best service from the team! holly was a pleasure to talk to and did the most beautiful design on my drink. would 100% recommend, had a very tasty caramel macchiato

The location is great and there is parking space for cars. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious.
The bed and pillows - good quality! Gym- amazing!

A very friendly environment with helpful staff and motivating PT's (Robbie) have helped me get back to the gym and make use of the full range of facilities. Good range of equipment and weights in the gym and great classes on offer. Always feel welcome and hope to achieve my personal goals with their knowledge and encouragement!
