The staff inside the Starbucks are so lovely. Gemma and hollie were so polite and very friendly and the service was fast.the Drinks tasted perfect. I will be back to use this store again in the future.More

The location is great and there is parking space for cars. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious.
The bed and pillows - good quality! Gym- amazing!

A very friendly environment with helpful staff and motivating PT's (Robbie) have helped me get back to the gym and make use of the full range of facilities. Good range of equipment and weights in the gym and great classes on offer. Always feel welcome and hope to achieve my personal goals with their knowledge and encouragement!

This hotel, which we have visited regularly over the years, has really lost its standards..
We paid the same price for a club room with a shower as a club room with a shower but with the added advantage of having a balcony...why?? Not happy and I took it up with them...no answer as to why..one hand for 2 persons..no drinking glasses or telephone in your room..if you want drinking glasses you have to fetch them from the bat, when they are open..no phones because they want you to use an app!
Breakfast..you now have to get your own tea or coffee, which used to be brought to your table in pots..
Not high quality cooked food, in fact our last breakfast their baked beans looked like the days before, warmed up..stodge..
Don't think we will be returning as this last experience wasn't for us

However, we are very sorry you have both been disappointed on this occasion.
We certainly do not want to lose loyal guests and would love another opportunity to show you the standards you have been previously accustomed to.
Although some of the brand changes have not met your preferences we can address some areas like the breakfast quality and bedroom allocation. We have 23 Club bedrooms but only 3 with a balcony. The balcony is allocated at random or upon request.
We do hope we have the opportunity to redeem ourselves.
