Great location, great staff but the room is disappointing
Quiet spacious however needs updating, our view from the lst floor is straight into the air conditioning units so terrible. There is no fridge in the room so unable to keep water cold, no iron just a pants press which didn't get hot enough to do anything
Overall room very disappointing for the cost

Room Tip: Not any rooms with a even number as you will be looking over the air conditioning units

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Our room has broken light fixtures (complete with a burn mark on the ceiling directly above it clearly from electrical issues), the carpets are stained, bedding old, all of the furniture is completely scratched up, wall paper torn, and only one electrical outlet in the entire room. Clearly this room (and the hallway were in) has seen no TLC in years. Absolutely not worth the €160 we paid each night and absolutely not a 3 Star hotel. Look else where.

If your looking for a basic no frills hotel in the city Centre close to temple bar shopping etc then this hotel is adequate! The front gives a deceiving modern appearance till you get to the rooms! We were probably given one of the worst rooms in the place. Right beside the lift and overlooking busy noisy street. If it wasn’t for the fact that we were in a hurry to go to a concert I would have definitely asked to be moved. The windows had no sound proofing and if it wasn’t for our earplugs we would have been woken even earlier than we were! While the room was clean only one Person could move around the bed at a time. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and there were marks on the furniture! Breakfast is served in the dreary Turks head bar downstairs! Very little natural light and had the feel of a nightclub at the end of the night. The staff were pleasant and helpful but the food was just about edible! A bit of money spent on updating the rooms and sound proofing the windows overlooking the street would go a long way to improve the guest experience!!

Clean and comfortable room, good bathroom. Central location and easy to walk to shops. About 1.3 miles from convention centre. A bit old fashioned, lots of corridors and dark wood and bedroom lighting quite dim. Tv didn’t work, but overall ok

Please don't stay here. As hotel experiences go, it was one of the most depressing experiences of my life. Location is central but surroundings appalling. Room 219 was amply a furnace... Raging ar 220 degrees Celsius ... The hall ways are dark and narrow... A true fire trap I believe. I stayed on a Tuesday night .. At 3am other guests arrived .. Shouting and roaring... I could not begin to imagine what it is like at weekends. Hostel standards at 4* prices. 20 somethings .. You will love it cos you are at the centres of everything. 40 something... Run.. Run for your lives .. And don't look back...

Room Tip: Don't stay here
