Lovely bar that offers reasonable food. The sandwiches were very nice and attractively served. Can get noisy so not the place for a romantic evening. Worth a visit though.

Stopped in here after visiting Blarney Castle. I ordered the smoked salmon and my wife had the quesadilla. We had about 50 minutes until we needed to catch our bus. Out food was a little slow to come out, we think because the server had to come out and ask us what we ordered a second time. Once we got our food they didn’t come to check on us, I tried to get them to give us the bill multiple times, I even went up to the counter as we only had 5 minutes left and was told to wait by the server who disappeared back into the kitchen only to come out with a birthday cake and sung Happy Birthday to a table while we stood around angry and worried we’d miss our bus. Then another server came out and we asked them to ring us through but she said it would be a minute until our server came out, who then came out and went over to talk to someone else while we stood at the counter. It wasn’t until we told them we were just going to walk out without paying if they didn’t ring us in did yet another server come out and finally ring us in.

The experience was awful. Would not recommend.

Recently had the pleasure of being in Blarney for a concert. Upon arrival we treated ourselves to some delicious home made scones with 2 lattes. What a treat served by Gillian. These scones are really good and the best we have tasted ever. It is good to know that some restaurants and still making home made breads and cakes and this really stood out for us. Thank you so much. We sat in the bar as the restaurant was really busy at the time and the atmosphere was lovely here. The bar has a good feel to it and is a real gem and remains unspoilt.

Cosy, friendly restaurant serving quality, delicious food! I got smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, an absolute favourite!
Only one waitress on, completely run off her feet, so things were a bit messy... Ie. 5 minute wait for milk to go with the hot tea on our table... Toast to accompany the Irish fry up served half way through eating, another 5 minute wait for butter to go with the toast.... Unfortunately, they were short staffed on this particular day. Hope this doesn't happen all the time! Will be back
