Absolutely fantastic breakfasts! 7 or 10 item breakfasts for £3.49 / £4.49 including toast. Great selection of items - fried / scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms, black pudding, bacon, sausages, potato scones, hash browns, fried tomatos, lorne sausage, haggis, brown or white toast. Excellent selection of teas, coffees, scones, home bakes, salads, kids meals, lunches etc., also. Staff are so helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Watched a member of staff help an elderly gentleman with a walking stick with his order, and help him to a table. Lovely surroundings, clean, plenty of parking and a nice garden centre to wander round after eating!!

Stopped in for breakfast after picking up some garden goods.

A sausage roll and a cup of tea each. The roll was stale and cold. It had obviously just been defrosted. The sausages were also cold. Tried to complain but given there were hardly any staff about it was more hassle than it was worth. But the tea was good.

A pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant.

Not cheap. To be fair the fry ups other people were having look good. Wish we had had them instead.

There is a nice selection of food cakes etc but the prices are a bit steep. The food is good but not worth the prices. The restaurant is large and airy. The staff are friendly but are slow to clear tables often you have to clear the table yourself.

Good portions at breakfast at a reasonable price. Plenty of seats and food selection.. then have a look around the extensive shop for garden ideas.

This is an excellent location for a quick lunch. The salad is maybe a little overpriced at £7.20 for a tiny slice of quiche and some salad, but the home made soup and sandwich at £3.60 is very good value. They make up the sandwiches fresh to your specification and the service is very speedy. There are lots of homebakes if you are looking for a morning coffee or afternoon tea, but be aware of calories, they are not tiny by any means. The shop is good to have a wander round with everything from gardening supplies, clothing, children's section, pet section with lots of fish in tanks to see and buy and a good selection of candles and toiletries. There is a generous car park so it is a good location if you have a couple of hours for a wander round the shop and something to eat and drink.
