Have been to a few Wetherspoons and this is one of the best. Great value for money. A tuna, cheese melt panini and a pint of kronenbourg £5.15!!!. Lovely outside patio with good views . Close to the Malvern Hills for a great walk.

I love this place and the staff are great I’m writing this review in January 2021 and I haven’t been since the summer but the vaccine is now being distributed around the country and hopefully this will mean soon we will all be able to travel and save the hospitality industry...Great Malvern is a small location but a friendly place with an excellent selection of restaurants and pubs and I want to come back soon.

Great location in the centre of Great Malvern, walking distance to the theatres, restaurants, and pubs ( less than 10 mins).
Rooms at the back great views towards Cotswolds, front rooms views of the hills above Malvern.
Large terraced areas to the back.
Room was large enough, rather dated, but all normal facilities. Comfortable bed.
Bathroom had bath with shower, but needed better lighting.
Reception on 1st floor, and some might struggle up the stairs ( no lift ).
Covid19 directions, and sanitisers, but not filled on our floor after telling staff at reception.
No parking, but short term car park 100yds to the left after exiting hotel on opposite side for unloading, or on the actual road itself, and if you take the first left on main road there are 2 large long term car parks which are relatively cheap. If you go right after exiting hotel at the front there is on road parking on either side free of charge, but 10 mins walk.

Room tip: Front for hills, back for valley.

Stayed in room 11 on 23.10. Absolutely breathtaking views. Clean and comfortable bed and bedding. Perfect location and absolutely no complaints over the price.
A little noisy until thinks settled but then it is a pub!
Staff very helpful and informative.
Felt Covid safe.
Thoroughly enjoyed this.

Lucked out a bit after previous stays in three Wetherspoons pubs with lovely cosy, well-furnished rooms (Bridport, Beccles, Salisbury)
Firstly the good stuff. Fab view, the reasonable prices, the breakfasts and wandering round
this old spa town and beyond. But really, a plastic ill-fitting
toilet seat with no lid? Broken
ceiling lamp not changed on
request. Filthy net curtain on
one of the windows. And this a
feature room..
Covid must require more
ventilation but the public rooms
were just cold of an evening
and are very drab. Dated, tired
furnishings, faded pictures... It
is really time for a refurb to
bring this gracious building
back to life. Staff are friendly and coping well with pandemic issues, but the hotel side in
particular seems a bit under
managed.
