I brought a friend for her birthday lunch and it was a glorious sunny day. Almost every table was full. This didn’t make any difference to our food which was delicious and brought to us promptly. The whole out door area was so clean and tidy. Every table had been moved to be mowed underneath each one - some feat with about 30 tables but little things like that do get noticed. A French lavender in a pot on each table was a lovely touch too.
We meandered around the gift shop which had so many lovely items nearly all exclusive or locally made. Toilets need a little DIY renovation but clean all the same. If you’ve never been come for the food but take in the views. Awesome. We didn’t visit the tower as locals we have been before. Will be bringing any guests that come to stay here for coffee, lunch or tea. Thank you.

My wife and I recently visited the tower and thought it was well worth the entrance fee of £5 ( or less with concessions). The great views of the surrounding countryside from the top are well known . It was a pity therefore that when we climbed to the top, the views were obscured by mist ! Not to worry, there was some interesting history about the tower to read at different stages of the ascent . The cafe on the site is very good and many people seem to enjoy the local walks in the area .

Dear David,

Great to hear how much you enjoyed the Tower and your visit. Did you know the roof platform is the highest point in the Cotswolds?
Here at Broadway Tower we realise how much of an experience the roof viewing is for our visitors. So if fog and bad weather affect your visit to the platform, we offer a free return. Ask to have your ticket marked by our team on the day.

The Broadway Tower is on top of a hill with a stunning view of the picturesque countryside. It is on The Cotswold Way (a National Trail). There is a nice little park close by with picnic tables, and a cafe serving light meals.
