As a Wetherspoons Pub, this is situated in a prime location opposite Windsor Castle. This is reflected in the pricing of food and drinks, which are more expensive than elsewhere in the country (even the other Spoons pub half a mike away). Despite this the location was impressive spanning servers floors and boasting two decked verandas and a spectacular beer garden. Certainly worth a visit. Despite higher prices it was still better value than some other local pubs.

Visitors please don't think this is a "typical" English pub, it isnt. However, this branch of the chain is in a very good location. As a brand Wetherspoons are confused, cheaper, sometimes good value sometimes not, food and drink. Their leader is at best eccentric, his views and politics are not optional and Wetherspoons don't now have a social media presence. So to get back on point we had issues with our visit and completed an online complaint form. Two weeks later no response. So I suspect the reason the company is not on social media is they don't care. If we complain via their website they can simply ignore us, on social media people can see they are ignoring customers.

Delicious breakfast at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful gave us an extra sausage for free. Yehaaaaa! Clean pub from bottom to top, lots of information about the history of the pub around it.

When we were meeting friends - and they said they were waiting in Weatherspoons my heart sank. The food for what they charge was actually ok - and I have to say the unlimited coffee is actually better quality than you get in a lot more upmarket places.

I don't go to a Weatherspoons expecting Ritz service - but I also don't expect to see the patio area covered in bar mats and to be grunted at by the barmaid.

They are fine - just go knowing what to expect.

Went for dinner with my wife and two young boys after a lovely trip to Legoland. The food was your typical Spoons fare, but the service was amazing. From the bar traffic to the security, nothing was too much and they were all extremely friendly. So different from our local Spoons. Wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we go to Legoland.

Thank John L
