Stayed here for 1 night. Location is great and cost wasn’t too bad but what let us down with the room.

Our room was quite small with very basic facilities like the TV (basic free view, no Satellite channels or even Apps (Netflix, Prime, etc), poor Tea/Coffee and no chair at desk (albeit you have a small stool to sit on).

Like other reviews the temperature in our room was quite hot despite staying here in January. Also the fan above the ceiling was constantly running even when we took out the keycard from the door.

Have been to other Motel One sites before but based on this stay alone I wouldn’t look to book into another one anytime soon.

Room tip: We got the train here but the roads in and around the hotel are always busy. location of the hotel, views out the window aren’t great.

Stayed here for 1 night, hotel location is fantastic 10 out of 10 for where we wanted to be. Hotel itself is modern & staff friendly at check in. Bar area looked very clean.
We had booked a king bed room, room was small but huge bed & so comfy. Shower looked like would be good, but water pressure wasn't great. Room was very clean though. Not much to fault at all & would definately stay again.

Room tip: No parking, nearest was dean street, not to far but quite expensive.

Lovely, clean, very central hotel and friendly staff.. but rooms unbearably warm (Baring in mind it’s December!)

I see this seems to be a running theme in other reviews. Waking up feeling drenched in sweat multiples times during the night and that was with the heating turned off!

We came on a Saturday for a show , 3rd time staying , but this time I wasent impressed! We stayed in the little part left of the bar , room was very very basic , I couldn’t even find the switch to turn lamps off . We came back after our show for a drink in the bar , I fancied coffee and brandy , coffee machine broke , coffee machine switched off in restaurant, I can make you a cup of instant ! Brought my husbands spiced rum and lemonade over missing lemonade , not a great service . Next morning looking forward to a fry up , no chance it’s continental for £10 each . It’s in a great spot and there wasent a lot of noise , but parking was a nitemare we parked all the way near arena , sorry but I don’t think we will be back
