My favourite hotel I have stayed in, from the modern rooms, with everything you need. Great staff, and the ambience in the bar is great! Perfect location too on the quayside. Will be my go too anytime I am in newcastle! Only thing is drinks are expensive but you expect that in a hotel barMore

Absolutely brilliant. Front of desk staff super helpful and friendly. Room brilliant, very simple, very clean. Breakfast much much better than I’d have imagined at this price bracket. (We are paying £150 a night for 3 nights) It is outstanding value for money. Great credit to all the team here, for this price range it’s exceptional.

We spent a night at Innside Newcastle at the weekend. Wonderful hotel, beautiful room with a view of the quayside and the breakfast was great. Small touches like chrome cast on the tv’s, dressing gowns and slippers waiting on the bed and the midday check out made for a very relaxing stay.
We were checked in and out by Stacey who went above and beyond. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I really don’t see us staying at any other hotel in Newcastle except here. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Hotel, very modern and clean. We had a superior room overlooking the river Tyne. Comfortable bed, great shower and fab choice of coffee (Nespresso).
Booked direct through the app and saved 5% but was also able to redeem my Meliá rewards, so saved a bit more.

The welcome is engaging , enthusiastic and well informed. The reception staff were eager to assist and very helpful at all times. The rooms are modern, clean and well laid out. Breakfast is excellent and provided in the on site Gino D'Acampo restaurant overlooking the Tyne. The quayside and river is easily accessed and the centre of the city a walk up the hill. A great location for exploring the area and the city.

Very good modern hotel alas it has poor cleaning standards and some issues with the quality of the build. When the front desk asked how was my stay I informed them of two issues. They promised management would contact me to discuss the issues raised. Unfortunately they decided not to
