Stayed here for 1 night for a girly weekend 16 of us, it was fantastic the staff were exceptional couldn't do enough to help us, so friendly and professional, Breakfast was good and free tea and coffee all day is a nice touch

This place is a steal. We paid less than £100 for a one-bedroom suite that comes with breakfast and 24/7 complimentary coffee and still and sparkling water at the breakfast place on the ground floor. Room is clean and comfortable and bathroom counter is a decent length for us to put our toiletries on. Place exceeded our expectations.

The very best hotel I've stayed in. Staff so helpful and friendly. Rooms are without fault. Clean and comfortable with all you could need supplied. Cooking facilities excellent. Bed and bathroom perfect. " Continental" breakfast actually includes full cooked breakfast items too. Great idea of "social nights" free drinks and snacks served in the dining area on Mon/Tues/Wed 6.30 -7pm

A lovely hotel! Warm, friendly and clean. Rooms were spacious and we enjoyed having a small kitchen area to make drinks, store food/snacks.
Breakfast was lovely - varied choice and not chaotic. The hot drinks machine jn the lobby made fab hot chocolates, especially nice in the cold February weather!

A wonderful view from the window, nicely equipped kitchen with a combi microwave. Wine glasses all ready. Dishwasher and spacious fridge provided in the room too! A quiet and spacious apartment and on certain nights you get free wine and various nibbles including cheese which was a very pleasant surprise! A lovely breakfast too which was included in the price and thank you for providing lactose free milk! Special thank you to Jason for being very kind and friendly to us and offering to accommodate any of our needs, very appreciated. We will be back again!

Absolutely brilliant hotel, one of the best I have ever stayed in. Had 3 nights here with my partner and our dog and it was so great coming back to friendly staff and a wonderful room. Good location for exploring Newcastle, quiet room and the resident social drinks and nibbles are a great plus. Carolina in particular was so great with our dog Woody who loved her! Hands down a 5 star from us!
