Stayed for a 3 night stay , 2 adults + 2 dogs cost £96.00. I know it is a fully serviced pitch but being though it is out of season still on the expensive side of charges, especially when you have to pay extras for other amenities you may want to use! The toilet block facilities are very modern, bright and clean. I did find it strange that you had to use a key to gain entry to toilet block facilities which is a pain when you walk in the middle of a storm and have forgotten said key !! There were 2 Dyson hair dryers, very nice , however only 1 worked. We used the dog wash as weather so bad they began to smell. It however didn't drain well and the water ended up gushing from the bottom of the unit. We went to dry the dogs with the paid for dryer but it would not accept any coins, so didn't work.We did eat in the cafe once, the food was a basic microwave lasagna but it did taste nice and was warm. They did not supply Rose wine only red or white. The coffee and cakes were very good though. The dog walk is great as very secure and they can be let off the lead. They are very dog friendly. The staff do a great job and are very friendly, the receptionist didn't give us the warmest of greetings on check in , just a look, until I gave my name then she appeared to brighten up.They were very pro-active during the storm , keeping an eye on everybody's awnings ect and assisting where possible. Would we go back....possibly if in better weather but not if any more expensive. Could stop in a hotel for the same price per night.

Dear Toni W Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for braving the conditions and visiting us on such a terrible weather weekend! We value your feedback and will look into the problems you experienced in the dog wash facility. Pease be aware that there are no additional charges for any of our on park amenities which do not incur additional instructor, utility or staff costs; plus you'll be pleased to know that there are many dates to choose from during the rest of 2018 and much of 2019 when the four of you can holiday for the night for £32 or less. We look forward to welcoming you all back soon. With kind regards

Hi
Don`t get me wrong Love2Stay is a nice place the owner has clearly spent lots of money on the amenities. and wants to reap the rewards. however my wife and I including our 2 small kids paid £72.00 for 2 nights out of season and to use the heated pool would of cost a further £12.00 the food cafe mainly specialise in pizza but there are other dishes available There was 3 tables occupied when we placed our order mainly pizza which took 45 mins to arrive. shame about the service!
you can spend more money on the assault course at £10.00 or wood carving £8.00 or why not try the paddle boarding at £9.00 there is also a bug hunt for the kids costing £5.00 for under an hour. So I thought we could opt for a movie at £3.00 per person as there site says "we screen family friendly films what ever the weather" to be told it was shut due to the weather!!
I feel they could of made an effort to include a family club house with a bar and some light entertainment like most sites like the Plassey or Lower lacon.
on a positive note you do get free wifi which is a whopping 0,4mbs.
enjoy

Dear 335unique. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We can only apologise that we were unable to show the film last Friday. This has been the first time we have chosen not to show a movie due to weather; we were experiencing 50mph winds, with no sign of abatement and took the decision that the large singular metal pole that holds the structure of the stretch tent in place may move during the film. The safety of our guests is paramount to us at Love2stay and in this instance we felt it was the correct decision. With regard to the Pizzeria, as well as the table service, we offer takeaway and delivery service and orders are freshly prepared on a first ordered, first served basis; it's possible that this could have been the cause of some of the delay. We hope that you will consider returning to Love2stay in the future where we are sure you will be able to experience all of the facilities in better weather! With kind regards

Lovely site, very friendly staff. Disappointed that we had to pay £4 to empty our chemical waste. Excellent secure area to let our lurcher dog have a good run. It unfortunately rained all weekend but local bus was a good service to take us into town and back. Excellent play area for children. We look forward to visiting again in the summer season.

Dear Mrs Kellitt
Thank you for your 5 star review. We are pleased to hear you had an enjoyable time and are returning again. Please be aware that there is a free of charge self service sluice room directly behind the Camperclean automated machine you used; also if you are using eco chemical you can empty your chemical waste directly into the drain provided on you pitch.
Kind regards

We took our touring caravan and 3 grandchildren aged between 6-15 yrs -plus 2 dogs. The kids activities were great and the staff were all excellent and friendly, we tried the kayaking, zorbing, bug finding, campfire building and obstacle course. The food and drink in the cafe was good and not over priced. The toilets and shower block really are fabulous.
Also the laundry and pot washing areas (although we didn't use those). The site is very relaxing with spacious fully serviced pitches and in a lovely spot. And for once the dog friendly statement actually meant what it said and we felt welcomed and could take our furry friends in to eat with us, we have booked to visit again- so that says it all really!
