We had a great day out. The staff are trying really hard to keep the place spotless and were very friendly and chatted to the children. We loved the Gyrosaurus (I think that’s what it’s called - the big green ride) and the new gears area. The queues weren’t too big - 20 minutes maximum. Plenty for children up to about 12 years old. We’re hoping they do the Christmas event again this year as the grotto was amazing. Well done and thank you Gullivers Valley.

Rubbish. £25 a ticket was really not worth it. One of the big rides was closed, a digger was closed and the big green ride had blokes in shirts and ties checking it which was v off putting so we opted not to. There were wasps all over. The pizzas were cheap frozen pizzas stuck in the microwave and boxed up to look authentic and the Pepsi was just watered down syrup. Most of the decor looks tacky and in need of a paint and everywhere needs weeding. Kids said they were bored and I don't see how this place would keep older kids 8+ entertained. Not enough to do for the money by far so we won't ever be coming back.

Ideal day out for the younger child with a variety of rides for those who like a few thrills and those who don’t. Very clean and well organised, didn’t feel busy or crowded. Seemed a fair price, except for the additional £7 we paid for the Sleeping Beauty show and afternoon tea experience. There were four actors who gave their all but were hampered by sound issues, and lack of set. It was a bit naff to be honest. Photo shows our tea for two so others can make a more informed decision,

First visit for our 6 yr olds birthday. We were really impressed by the cleanliness of the resort, all toilets were spotless throughout the day and bins were emptied regularly. Although it was the school holidays it wasn't too busy and queue times were not too long for most rides.
Before we arrived we were a bit worried our 9 yr old would not enjoy it so much but there were plenty of rides for them to enjoy too. We got completely soaked on the rapids!!

Our visit was after the lifting of all covid restrictions and so there were many people no longer wearing masks indoors but for the majority of the time everyone still kept there distance. The only time we felt too crowded was in the gift shop. Sanitiser was widely available.

The only negative was the food options. I am coeliac and was not able to find anything safe to eat. Although there were jaket potatoes available, they were stored in the same warming oven as pies on an open rack (directly below the pies) which causes a cross contamination risk so had to refrain from eating with the rest of my family. I was able to get an ice cream later on.

Had 1 night stay in Mermaids Den. Great accommodation, lovely comfy double bed and bunks. Fridge and microwave and kettle . Kids thoroughly enjoyed the Den and all of the park and entertainment. Friendly helpful staff , clean surroundings. Plenty of eating outlets / ice creams / slushes etc.
