Stayed here with my fiancé to celebrate our engagement and the staff went out of their way to make our stay so special.

We stayed as part of the winter warmer deal and this was excellent value for money. The breakfast was excellent and service impeccable. We will be back — thank you!

Very nice hotel
Beautiful and unique interior
Great location
Friendly staff
The room we had was a bit small and the spa was closed because of bank holiday I think, but generally we had a pleasant stay

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. Apologies the wellness center was closed during your stay, we have had some unfortunate staffing shortages due to Covid. Thankfully nothing serious and most team members are back with us. Hopefully see you again soon.

Beautiful grand hotel, staff were amazingly friendly. Stayed in an Executive double, nice room but quite a lot of noise from the street when the pubs closed.
A few things missing to make it a 5 star review, no little touches like cotton buds etc in room and no where to sit and do hair/make up.
Drinks in the bar were great and a great atmosphere.

Room tip: Parking is difficult, £45 for valet parking at hotel is also a little steep in my opinion.

Right in the centre of Oxford. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room well appointed, although beds very soft and gave me backache.
Top end price wise and car parking £45 even if you don't want a valet!

Room tip: Check bed layout, we had twins but would have preferred a double.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We try and keep all our prices competitive. NCP parking in town is £35 for the same duration and without the 24hr security or valet service. Hopefully it offers value for money. Please come back and see us again soon.

Location of the venue was great, check in and check out was easy and straight forward. The team at the reception desk and concierge were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I felt the room wasn't at the cleanest standard - there was a layer of dust on the water glasses and on some of the desk items. An empty water bottle was also left behind on the floor of the room.

Bathroom essentials/ amenities weren’t topped up.
