I am currently staying at the hotel and I must say it haven’t changed the staff are so kind and always checking up on us in the great room with a smile. Katie the manager at reception and her team are are asset. Huge thanks to night team for giving me breakfast early with me on nights

The holiday Inn in Middlesbrough is ideally located for visiting the surrounding area.
Parking is ample and easily accessible to the hotel.
The hotel staff really do make this hotel,extremely friendly and can't do enough to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
Rooms and social areas are extremely clean and have a decent size bar with a good menu.
But overall the staff really do make this hotel better than many other ihg hotels I've stayed,and being a platinum member I've stayed in a few.

Can’t fault this hotel the team are amazing and always go out of their way to talk to guests in the great rooms at breakfast and the evenings! Katie & carmen are brilliant! Breakfast is really good for an express, always hot and nights constantly checking everyone in the great room is enjoying it!

Great rooms very modern and comfortable. If front facing you'll have a grear view across to the Winter ice rink. Great selection of food also, bar not too badly stalked either. Staff are amazing. Nothing is a problem for them, always happy to help.

Up to date and comfortable. Managed to arrange a room last minute.
Nothing was an inconvenience for the team. Very accommodating. Perfect location, right opposite the Christmas Ice Rink and walking distance to the Port.
A lot of drinking an eating establishments near by and the staff are always on hand with recommendations.
