Can't fault the hotel or staff 3rd time being here. Staff member Jay sorted us out this time with a room on the 3rd floor so it's easier to go to the car. It's a pleasure every time we come here will be here again next year More

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel the staff was amazing and very helpful especially Kennidi always had a smile on her face felt very welcome from her. Had no issues with anything food is great aswelll as all the staff.

Our weekend was Durham and Whitby, The Holiday Inn Middlesbrough was perfect for both. All staff did their very best. I must send a special thanks to the face not all of us see, Tia in the kitchen who chopped my breakfast fruit perfectly. Thanks Tia. And thanks to all staff xxxxxxxx

I have been staying at this holiday inn express for the last 3 months and the reason I constantly return every week is the staff are all very friendly, the staff can not do enough to make my stay any better and the way they constantly ask if I’m ok and is there anything that they can do for me…

Our seating dining time was 7.30 but we didn't eat till 8.30 and when the food came it was overcooked or burnt. Went to bed hungry. It was a shame as our room was modern and chic with a lovely bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Holiday Inn was fantastic. All the staff were very friendly, professional & so welcoming, Especially Vicky. Nothing was too much, such lovely members of staff. The security gentleman was so nice & helpful too
The room was very spotlessly clean & bed was very comfortable. The shower room was fully wheelchair accessible. All of the hotel is wheelchair accessible.
If you coming by car to the hotel & need wheelchair access its better to either park at the front of the hotel or be dropped off at the front & then park the car in the Cleveland Centre Carpark which is on the roof of the hotel
Breakfast was very nice & fresh. Evening meals were very good too. I have nothing whatsoever to complain about. I would definitely recommend the hotel. 5*****
