Nice place but the breakfast was not good. Bacon was hard from sitting under heat lamp too long. Most of other food was un appetising. Plus side was they had peanut butter and marmite! No refill on coffee was offered either. Spoilt an otherwise nice break. (Paid extra for breakfast!) Small tv in rooms and a bit noisy from traffic but just turned tv up! Not enough outside seats-only 6 chairs were out and were being used by non residents

Arrived earlier than expected but the fabulous reception team looked after my bags whilst I went in search of food and a little look around.

I came back and the room was sorted and I went on my merry little way.

Due to a very early start (and no sleep from the previous hotel I was staying at) I closed the blinds and had a nap.

My room overlooks the main road and even though it was rush hour I didn’t hear a signal sound. The black out blinds and curtains even made the room nighttime dark.

Woke up and went to get a coffee. Reception staff are all incredibly helpful and in short a credit to the hotel. Perfect cappuccino guys .

I went to the lambourne to eat and the food is AMAZING.

The room is spotlessly clean and even though it’s a single it’s really roomy.

Shower is perfect, WiFi is fab, a desk to work at. If has everything you need really. It’s just brilliant.

I’m not sure if it has had a recent refurb but it just feels looked after and new.

Thank you for an amazing stay. You are on my list of favourites.

I can’t comment on breakfast as I will be checked out prior to it being served.

(Maybe only suggestion, a breakfast to go option. Nothing major, just probably fruit, a pastry and a juice of some form. If this was there you would never get rid of me haha).

Well done to the team at both reception and the Lambourne. These are your face to the public and they are knocking it out of the park 5*

Great hotel in an ideal location - it took us 10 minutes to walk to wimbledon tube and there were plenty of shops and restaurants on the way. Staff were really welcoming and the room was great - clean and quiet.

Very clean, great service, helpful staff. Good breakfast. What more can you ask for? Special thanks to Amanda for being so helpful.

The chamber maids were quick and efficient which meant we could go back to our room between trips.
