Lack lustre, terse service.

Cold food. Worst EVER eggs benedict - hard boiled egg, fatty undercooked bacon and such a stingy serving of hollandaise that it was pointless.

McDonalds is just up the stairs...

As railway station pit stops go it isn't bad - spacious, unobtrusive decor, variety of types of seating and no intrusive music. Good service, satisfactory food. Great to have decent loos in a railway station and ones that one doesn't have to pay for - usable but why mostly out of order and "taped off"? The loos looked more like a building site.Would go again or meet a friend there for a train trip) as it did the job and no doubt the loos will be fixed by then. Fine by me.

I stopped here for lunch between meetings and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Great service and delicious food. Had mini fish and chips and one of best fish and chips I have had to date and great value for money.

Spotless toilets.

Would recommend to anyone.

The food is irrelevant when you have to wait so long to even be acknowledged that there is no time to eat. I've tried this bar/restaurant before (table service only) so I know my experience today is the standard. Appalling.

There are a number of places to eat in Liverpool Street station and nearby, avoid this one. Do not be beguiled by an appearance of reasonable comfort. The food and indeed tea and coffee are simply appalling. The portion sizes are minute, although once you start eating you will be relieved about this. The prices though are not modest, your bill is very likely to shock you. If you want to lose weight and money then this is the place for you.
