We had 4 dealings with separate older members of staff. So unhelpful in relation to purchasing oyster cards. We were unsure of what line we needed to be on as there was flooding in the area we needed to travel, approached a member of staff to ask for directions to be just told 'I work for London Underground ' no way helpful and quite rude and dismissive. They should retrain senior members of staff in manners & customer service.

We used tube or underground extensively during our visit to london. It may take a while to understand different lines. Even if yiu dont understand super helfful attendants at punching gates will guide you. They will even help you to buy cards or top up your oyester card.
Trains are fast and very frequent. Even when you are changing trains you hadly need to wait. Fastest way of travelling in london

Read a lot about Tourist oyster card with discount entry.
They were places I'd never go. Brought the standard Oyster card , 7 days Zones 1&2 if i remember correctly? Was awesome, bus subway ferries. Unlimited. Can't remember exactly how much. About £28 ? Well worth it. Lots of what I wanted to see were either free or a fair price.
