We stayed here because it was very close to the start line in St James' Park of the London Vitality 10K race. The hotel is easy to find and check in was painless. The rooms are compact and very modern but don't expect loads of room to move about, these rooms are around half the size of a standard Premier Inn room. However, they are clean and full of nice Hi-Tech touches like a touch screen panel to operate the lights and air conditioning and a very decent smart TV which, as well as all the usual free to air TV channels, offers up some pretty recent movies at no extra cost. There are no tea and coffee facilities, bottles of water are provided instead.

Tea and coffee are available from the little lounge/cafe area at no extra cost to guests. Breakfast is very good, it's buffet style and we could have bacon, sausage and egg or cereals, toast or a selection of French pastries. Thankfully, this place rocks a proper 4 slice toaster that actually toasts bread rather than the oft-seen conveyor toasters, which don't!

The drinks in the bar are typical London prices, neither too expensive or very cheap but, if you do fancy a proper drink, there's a decent pub a couple of doors along which is a better bet.

All in all, this hub offers a good deal for anybody on a short weekend visit to London.

Location is excellent. Hotel facilities were perfect for my needs. Staff were professional, friendly & helpful. Reception were able to allocate a room early for me. The room was always cleaned early. The staff at breakfast were very quick to clean tables & replenish the buffet.

We stayed at this location twice on our holiday to Great Britain. Very good value for location, footsteps away from Westminster Abby and Parliament. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace. Rooms are small but doable and clean. Beds comfortable. Everything you need but you won’t choose to spend a lot of time in your room. Very safe and secure property. Very nice common area/breakfast area/lounge. Only challenge is late dinners on weekends as this is a business/government district so not easy to find food options after 9pm unless you take a cab. Hotel staff suggested ordering in....or cabbing out.

we recently stayed at hub premier inn , it was lovely from the moment we checked it so easy just scan phone and booked it .

rooms are small bit perfect for a weekend trip to london .

it has everything you need bed, powerful shower, toilet , 40inch tv .

the location of this hotel is so central and easy to get to all areas , it took us 25mins walk from london waterloo station. we managed to walk to leicester square at a reasonable pace with ease, you can walk through st james park and see buckingham palace.

id recommend this hub to everyone for comfort , ease and location .

breakfast has a good selection cooked or cold .

really enjoyed our stay

Great location in a clean, very relaxed hotel. Small, simple rooms but with everything needed for a comfy stay. Beds a bit high and small, and entrance to shower a bit small. Great lounge area with tea/ coffee available all day- brilliant!
