Great staff really friendly and superbly efficient. Coffee good mince pies super, Place nice and neat and regularly cleaned thoroughly.

Covid makes the place not as cosy as usual but its really good. Well spaced and very attentive staff checking that everyone is wearing masks and doing what they should be doing. Very efficient and great service. They really are doing very well. Usual pret sandwiches and coffee so nothing bad there !! Well done

On way to work, stopped by to get lunch, staff member asked how i was feeling - "not great" was the response, but i thanked her for asking.

She promptly told me lunch was on Pret today!!

What a surprise and the random act of kindness made for a good start to the day.

Just to praise staff, particularly Sarah who dealt with a till malfunction most professionally. Not only, did I receive an apology but also free food after it became clear the issue wouldn't be sorted promptly. Will certainly return. Falafel wrap much more filling than sandwiches/paninis at similar chains.

Pret A Manager is not fine dining so don't expect it to be so. But do expect fresh, ready made, good quality food at a lower price, which is what we got. If you are a coffee snob then this is probably not for you, the coffee is average.
