This stay was a gift for me from my wonderful husband and family for a “big” birthday last year. Due to “The Year of The ‘Rona” we were unable to go until now, 1 whole year later. My husband had informed the staff that he doesn’t eat beetroot and everyone involved in the restaurant knew. The chefs even created a dish especially for him.
The wait was absolutely worth every minute. Finding out at the last minute we were about to eat food in a Michelin-starred restaurant was sooooo exciting! The welcome, the suite “Walnut”, the service, the 8-course Tasting Menu with wine-pairing, the surroundings, the decor, the breakfast and the farewell we’re all absolutely impeccable.
