Owner description: The bridge once held the world record as the longest single span suspension bridge for cars but it remains the longest in the world over which to walk or cycle. More than 100,000 vehicles use the bridge each week, travelling between East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, with the majority using the HumberTAG electronic tolling system.

If you are interested in land marks this bridge is pretty impressive. Has a great country park heading down to the bridge vantage point on a small pebble beach. Lovely spot for a picnic and lots of parking if you bring the car. Only a few mins walk from Hessle Premier Inn. The view across the Humber is fantastic too. I’d visit again.

Lovely bridge wonderful views on a clear day. If you are traveling regularly you can buy a tag that is cheaper. Although the bridge is only 1.50 each way for a car.

The Humber Bridge is one of the longest suspension bridge in Hull, East Yorkshire. Close by underneath the is natural forest with well marked trails. Lover place full of truest preserved nature. Enjoyed the day with our 4 year old grandson. Plenty of free parking.

I recently had to travel, with car, from Hull to Immingham. The Humber Bridge meant that I kept my shoes dry and didn’t completely destroy a car. What a super idea it was. I’d definitely use it again, rather than swim.
