The hotel was perfect for our trip. We stayed here in June this year and returned to the hotel as the staff are lovely and friendly, with the bonus of a free breakfast and great WiFi. We have already booked our next stay in early January next year.

We had an overnight stay before our cruise and we enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were superb - extremely friendly and always willing to help. The free breakfast was a bonus, they had a great selection and everything was fresh. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely use this hotel again before our next cruise.

A child friendly hotel in a great location for Paultons Park. Friendly staff who do their best to accommodate requests from guests. Breakfast was good with a varied choice. Although it was busy at breakfast, the staff worked tirelessly to ensure the restaurant was clean, guests were seated quickly and food was replenished immediately. The staff were diligent in their service. The room was comfortable and clean.
