Ana at the front desk was a pleasure. She was most helpful and accommodating. Very professional. Enjoyed our overnight stay before our cruise. Breakfast buffet was very good. Excellent staff, would return to this hotel. IHG member, would recommend this hotel for those cruising from Southampton.

Comfortable enough budget hotel. Ideally situated for cruise line holidays. Bar very expensive but staff friendly. Kit Kat in our room on arrival which was a nice touch. Shower nice and powerful and also hot. Close to local restaurants and shops
