Thank you for taking the time to leave us your thoughts regarding your recent stay. I am delighted to hear that our reception team looked after you so well. I will have a chat with the bar team as they should have all of the ingredients available to make a Pimm's - next time you come expect strawberries, cucumber and mint at the very least.

Best wishes

Staff were very friendly and we receiced a warm welcome on arrival. Room was a good size and clean. Kids loved the pool which was spotless. My only gripe is poor water pressure in bath and shower.
We ate in the restaurant and the food was surprisingly good.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am thrilled to hear that you and your family were able to enjoy our facilities. Thank you for the feedback about your bathroom, we will take a look into this to see if there is anything we can do to increase the water pressure.

See you again!

This hotel is very dated and could do with an upgrade. Fairly basic throughout. Has lots to do though, pool, spa, pool table. Were showing football in the bar. Beautiful gardens outside and 5minutes walk from beach front. Free parking was a bonus. We only used the restaurant for breakfast. There wasnt any staff there when we arrived so seated ourselves while they were running late and still setting up. Food was hot and tasty although sausages poor quality. Hotel was clean throughout. We had a late night so jumped into bed only to notice hairs in the bed! Was too late to complain but felt dirty sleeping in there. We were upgraded to sea view which was nice but the room was so hot and the fan blew hot air around! So the sleep was broken all night. All in all was ok but not the best.
