Spent 3 nights bed and breakfast. Make sure you enter your car reg details on to the ipad at reception when you check in, so you don't get charged (worth checking this with reception staff as I believe there could be a £15 per day charge). We were not charged for parking.
Booked via another site, got a good deal then upgraded room when we arrived. We booked into a Signature, refurbished room as the basic, old room wasn't to our taste. We booked into room 12 which was gorgeous, all new. Very large and spacious, huge bed, large bathroom with bath and seperate large shower. Had a great view over the outdoor pool and bit of a sea view. There are only basic toiletries in the bathroom i.e. soap and shampoo and conditioner. No shower caps or other bits and bobs you may get in other hotels. The lighting in the bathroom is low (for us ladies doing our make up), could do with proper vanity lighting and a magnifying mirror but not really an issue. Small hairdryer in room and you can ask for an iron if you need one. There was air con in our room which was handy as it was a little warm when we were there so this is great to have.

All of the staff are lovely here. We ate in the hotel on the first night, lovely food but drinks are a bit steep, over £9 for a gin and tonic. We also had an afternoon tea which was gorgeous, would recommend it.
The spa was great, we used this every day. We also had a massage treatment each (you get 20% discount when you stay at hotel). The massages were lovely too, would recommend treating yourself.
We slept well, nice comfy bed, quiet.
Breakfast service was a little slow but quite nice.
Location is great although it's up a very steep hill if you're walking down the road to town its fine but coming back it's really steep if you have health issues, I struggled a little. The harbour is literally at the end of the road along with pubs and restaurants, no need for cabs.
We also used the outdoor pool and jacuzzi on the first day as the weather wasn't too bad. The outdoor pool is heated so this was a nice bonus. The jacuzzi is also lovely and warm.
The decor of the hotel is gorgeous, all refurbished. Some of the photos don't do the hotel justice. As far as I'm aware there are only some rooms that are yet to be refurbished, which is why we upgraded to a new Signature room. Room 12 was the best room we were shown and I'd definitely recommend this room, brand new and very spacious, definitely worth upgrading. Large TV in room, this did seem to go off by itself at times but overall was ok. There are no lifts here. The whole hotel was very clean. Housekeeping also good, room cleaned daily.
We would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.More
