Immaculately clean and very friendly. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to bring an infant with us at short notice. The management could easily have refused given the adults only status of the hotel, but they not only accommodated us but provided every possible comfort and service. Cannot praise the service or the hotel highly enough. Many thanks.

This was a last minute get away but totally exceeded any of my expectations. The photos do do not do this hotel any justice. The owners John and Nicki go out of their way to make this a perfect vacation for you, they are extremely friendly, helpful and have a fantastic personality. The hotel itself is spotless, we had a compact room which was spacious and has everything you need a comfy bed, walk in shower, TV, WiFi, etc.
Breakfast is cooked to perfection and more than generous if wanted.
Excellent location, couple of minutes walk to the beach, restaurants & transportation. One thing we did not expect was a hot tub which was a real bonus, after walking allday we were able to kick back relax with a G&T in the tub, pure heaven!. Let's not forget the pool, yes it is heated, blissful experience jumping from the tub to the pool. This is an under rated hotel. I will definitely be back. As a travel agent i highly reccomend this hotel. Thank you John and Nicki.

Arrived at 4.30pm & was met by a really nice guy on reception who checked us in quickly. Our room was clean & comfortable. Later we had drinks in the bar before going out for dinner & sat outside near the pool. The area is well kept & with it being a lovely night it was very relaxing. We had an undisturbed sleep & breakfast next morning was excellent & catered for my husbands dairy allergy without any problems. All the staff serving were very nice & friendly. The whole hotel is very clean & well maintained. There is free parking but due to a couple of very selfish guests parking inconsiderately & taking up 2 spaces for their cars we had no choice but to park on the road.
The hotel is a credit to its owners & we will not hesitate to stop here again

We booked here via the hotels website for a 3 night stay in Torquay after reading the good reviews. We were not disappointed at all. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay, we felt totally at home for the 3 nights we stayed. We found the hotel on booking.com but then booked on the hotels own website and got a better price. We would totally recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again sometime. The owners seem totally committed to make sure that everything is perfect and it shows.
