This place is a complete and utter joy !!!!.....we ate there one lunchtime and were so impressed we ate there every evening of our holiday !!!!...the views are wonderful wherever you sit in the restaurant, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the food is FANTASTIC !!!!!!...we tried around 8 different dishes between us and were never disappointed, the standard never dropped and considering this is a very up market sort of place the prices were extremely reasonable, cheaper than some of the local restaurants on the quayside and far better....try this place...it's AMAZING !!!!...AND THEY ARE DOG FRIENDLY !!!!......

Room tip: Did not stay...

We have visited this hotel many times over the years and always enjoy the spectacular views and friendly and professional service, however, this year things seem to have changed. The staff seem indifferent and no-one seems to know what they are doing, resulting in poor service and ridiculous waiting times. Please put someone in charge and sort yourselves out before you lose more customers.

We had a very good lunch in this hotel. The views from the restaurant are amazing but quite hot to sit near the windows if its sunny. Staff pleasant and comfortable seating. Great watering hole if in St Ives.

Room tip: We just ate at this hotel so I can't comment on the rooms.

This place was just lovely!

We booked rather late in the afternoon and so were given a slight reduction in the price but to be honest we would have been more than happy to have paid the original price it was very good value for money. The views were just incredible, although I only dipped my toe in the fact they had a heated pool was just such a lovely touch, not to mention the food it was all just perfect!

We will be back for sure!

Room tip: Lovely views!

We finally booked for dinner here after passing it every year we come to St Ives and mentioning having dinner here. Well what a fantastic place! The food was superb, service was exceptional and staff extremely friendly. My partner had the calamari to start and chicken for his main, he said it was the best meal he had by far. I had the halloumi to start and prawn and crab linguine, again fantastic. Even with an 18month old baby in tow they were so inviting and couldn’t of been more helpful. We will definitely be returning next year.
