The hotel is a great location after a long flight and needing a quick rest. The hotel is very modern and the check in and out is fast. The staff are all really friendly and cant do enough to help. The rooms are a great size and the beds are extremely comfy! Breakfast is amazing. You have such a wide selection from the hot breakfast to cold meats and cereal, they even have a waffle maker! For the price you pay you definitely get your moneys worth.

Really great location n the edge of Cabot's Circus shopping centre. Very clean well equipped rooms. Pleasant staff on reception. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety of food. The breakfast room could get crowed however.

It’s hard to believe this is a Hampton by Hilton

It gets two stars for location and cleanliness, but that’s about all it’s got going for it

Reception staff didn’t seem to have a clue and as soon as anything was out of the norm they didn’t seem to have an ounce of common sense between them

The kitchen was totally overwhelmed by a full hotel to the point that the first evening they were too busy to feed us and on the second had run out of food by 2045

One barman on duty when full meant serious waiting time to get served. It didn’t help that there were two or three staff stood chatting with each other at reception

All in all the staff need some serious retraining, the duty managers more so and generally staff up for the amount of guests

Dear Guest

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay here at the Hampton by Hilton Bristol City Centre.

I was very disappointed to read your comments about our staff. As you can see from previous reviews, our friendliness and customer service is usually one of the highlights of many people's stay.

Unfortunately, it appears you had the misfortune of experiencing the hotel on an exceptionally busy evening. We can only apologise that this had an impact on your experience and stay. We do our utmost to always ensure we are staffed to be able to manage the current occupancy levels and so can only apologise that in this case, this wasn't so.

We appreciate your feedback and will use this to help improve services and experiences for our guests. I can assure you that I will personally speak to the reception team and ensure that they are more aware of guests waiting when the bar staff are busy.

Atrium bar & food good value & quality.

Highly recommended and will be our first choice hotel for future flights in/out of Bristol Airport.

I stayed here on Saturday the 27th with my partner for his birthday, and I asked them before arriving to do something special in our room for my partners birthday, and they added a bottle of wine, a card and also made a swan out of a towel. It was fantastic and really appreciated!!

The overall hospitality of this hotel was exceptional. The room itself was clean, spacious and just what I wanted.
We also had air conditioning and heating which was ideal!

The views were lovely out the big window, and the location was brilliant as everything was within walking distance.

The breakfast was also delicious in the morning, plenty of range considering I am pescatarian!

I highly recommend this hotel, cheap pricing but amazing hotel!
