Haven’t been here in absolutely ages. The service was very swift. Good came out quite quickly. We had the seeet potato fries to nibble. My husband had the chicken and ribs and I the double bacon burger. Good pub grub. Even better with the 40% off. Best just over £20 spent in ages.

As we were staying at The Premier Inn Haymarket Bristol we tried this restaurant which was part of the inn. We had a starter and main course. The mushroom starter was overcooked. The scallops all 3 if them were soaked in oil and the potatoe skins were crisps!
Main course we all had gammon which was ok but the meal was cold when we eventually got it as it stood for 5 mins waiting for staff to bring to the table. The restaurant was very busy and not enough staff.
During our meal the open cooking area went on fire. Eventually someone used a fire blanket but there was lots of smoke.
In all it was a disappointing costly evening meal.

We went to the Beefeater Bristol City Centre and had an amazing night. The food has exceeded my expectations. I ordered the mixed grill which was cooked to perfection. Waiter shared that the chef on duty was Lianne Joiner, thank you so much for the great food! I will return!
