I took a gentleman with learning difficulties I was supporting out for breakfast here.
We were welcomed by a friendly man on arrival and shown to a table.
Just after a lovely lady called Natalie came and said she'd be with us to take our order very soon as they were very busy. When she came back she was so friendly and chatting to us both explaining the menu, asking about any dietary requirements or allergies. She was soon back again with our toast and jam. Next came our breakfasts... Very good value for money and perfectly cooked eggs.
Natalie came and checked if everything was ok for us, again engaging in conversation with the person I support.
On finishing, I asked for the bill, which Natalie mentioned they were again taking the blue light card.
A big 10/10 for Natalie and her excellent customer service and making us feel so welcome.
Thank you so much.
We will be back.
