We were seated at the bar and the Barman couldn’t have been friendlier!! We ordered an array of tapas, including the octopus, burnt leaks, Spanish cheeses, Jamon, breads, wine.... you name it we tried it! It was lovely! Portions were good, waiters were really friendly, we washed it down with a bottle of white Rioja and finished the evening with sherry infused coffee beans which the barman used to make espresso martinis.... it was the first time they had tried it and they were incredible!!! Seriously seriously good! So good, I have no idea what the bill cost us! We had a great night and the food was great! Would we go back? Hell yeah!

Went expecting better than usual tapas, but was absolutely blown away. Superb food, great service, a totally new meaning to tapas. Would highly recommend it, despite it being more expensive then other very good tapas places in Bristol Well done Paco Tapas

The food here is very fresh and tasty and certainly not overpriced. It is also the sort of place that you can go for a quick meal before the theatre or spend more time enjoying your meal.

The stools are quite uncomfortable though.

Overall very good and reasonably priced.

The produce is amazing along with the execution. It's served in a relaxed fun atmosphere with staff that enjoy there jobs. A real triumph and the sherry flight is great fun too !

The food is superb. The sherry and wine list are extensive and match the food perfectly. The staff are friendly and energetic offering excellent recommendations. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, save up and try the taster menu.
