Woburn safari park is an amazing place. We used Tescos Clubcard points to buy 2 adult tickets and paid full price for the 2 children on the gates which made it an unbelievably great day out for the money.
We could barely contain our excitement as a Rhino crossed the road in front of us and the further along the path a bear did the same thing. There is so much to see and do and plenty for the children to get involved with. Considering it is may half term we were pleasantly surprised by how few people were there. Perhaps the clouds had put people off. Would highly recommend this as a day out to anyone. We will definitely be making the drive down to come again!

We visited on bank holiday monday and had a famtastic day. Really suprised to see negative reviews on here for same day visit. The park was certainly not any busier than one would or should expect such a popular attraction to be. We saw every single animal with some being so close they actually touched the car (giraffes). Two of the tigers had a fantastic play fight right next to our car. We had to stop to allow bears and lions to cross in front of us. We went round in the morning , had a picnic , went on the boats etc then went round again in the afternoon. The animals were liveliest in the afternoon . Value for money is pretty good considering the bouncy castle, swan boat and play areas are all included. We will definitely be back. One final word to the staff at woburn, congratulations on such a great facility and in particular the way that every single animal is obviously superbly cared for. They all looked so healthy and more importantly happy. Well done all.

Thank Sandra W

I one for very honest reviews so Despite the 5 star rating I will cover any negatives I found.

Firstly, what an amazing place. Not generally a fan of zoo’s but this is different as the animals are roaming free really! Or much bigger enclosures than usual if they appear in the foot safari. Road safari was truly amazing, yes you do get the odd Jam but it’s to be expected when your looking at amazing animals up close. The rangers do try to keep it moving ...however was a little frustrated when i was about to turn a bend and be up close with a lion only for it to get scared by the ranger yelling “2 lanes please” on the loud speaker and ran off. They do have a job on their hands as people don’t listen. Monkey part was amazing to watch... but unfortunately we were stuck in a jam for over 70 minutes and by the time we got round to the monkeys they had all had enough and stopped climbing on the cars - so we watched everyone else have fun with them from a distance. Little one was getting a bit restless and frustrated at this point but we were stuck there for what felt like forever - unsure why the rangers didn’t move the cars on quicker here when they do so everywhere else. For me the most impressive part of woburn is that they dont try to bleed you dry in the park - no over inflated prices which is admirable for any attraction site and refreshing to see. The only thing we paid for was the sea lion show ... £2! No complaint from me. I also admire the level
Of trust they have in the public to keep the animals in their enclosures when walking in and out of areas. It started raining at 2pm and everything seemed to just shut down which wAs unusual given that it was half term -
Lots of closed cafes, shops, huts.

My only other disappointment is that my nephew entered the discovery hut at 4pm as he has waited all day to see the snakes etc but was told “we’re about to close” we explained it was only 4pm and he literally wanted to look at the snake he could see from the window and again was told “sorry we’re closing” - he was very upset and so were we.

All that being said, it was such an amazing place those very few things didn’t come close to ruining a great day
