We did the whale watching and island hopping tour- it was truly phenomenal!!! We absolutely loved dealing with this company from the very beginning to the very end. I initially contacted this company by email for months in advance. Mike was wonderful- he responded to each of my many emails promptly and provided all the necessary detailed information I asked for. The day before the tour, I was contacted by Nelis to give us the exact time we’re going to be picked up from our hotel. She also provided the name of the captain and a picture of the boat. On the day of the tour, they provided water bottles, towels, and snorkeling gear. In addition, they provided a typical Panamanian delicious lunch for $5 each. You’ll need to order the lunch before the tour.
Our captain Victor, was very informative, responsible and cared for our safety as well as the whales. The 3 islands we visited were a dream. The whales we got to see in their natural habitat were incredible.
The price of the tour was the very best in town. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I recommend this company 100%+++.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent level of service by this company. We took other shuttle companies during our two week vacation exploring Chiriqui and Veraguas, and Step by Step was above and beyond the best. Francisco was very pleasant and drove a very comfortable shuttle for the eight of us between Davis, Boca Chica, and Boquete. The van even had Wifi! I made the mistake of not using them for my explorations of Veraguas. Mike was very responsive via email for our bookings. Whenever we return to Panama, they will be my go to company for all transportation needs.
