I had such an amazing time with Bangarang and highly recommend to anyone who wants to lose weight, improve fitness stamina, or detoxify unhealthy lifestyle habits.
The activities are variety, 4-5 hours of training every day! For those who find it too much, they also provide a half-day and muay-thai programs. they're also very intense yet effective!
You will also get rewarding Thai massage daily after the hard work, which is my favorite part of the day.
The setting of the camp and the facilities are excellent, surrounded by beautiful rice field without any distraction from the city, which is around 45 minutes from Chiangmai. They also have nice swimming pool.
Food is great, they follow ketogenic diet which rice lover like me find challenging at first, but you can always order it if that's enough for your appetite. The taste is great and they also serve you fruit box and protein shake daily.
Staffs and trainers are very friendly and professional. You will be meeting other guests from all around with similar goal and there's a real sense of helping each other out. Everyone supported each other there.
I can see myself joining back Bangarang gym again!
