Thermal springs were the best, so beautiful, with various temperatures, the nature there is amazing and so well looked after. We were in Paradise.
The massage was really good, expensive, but worth it.

This is a resort is fantastic… Customer service, cleanliness, spa, food, location, & overall experience is one of the best we had. I would strongly recommend this resort to anyone looking & without question will return next time we’re in the area.

Totally beyond our expectations! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Better than Westin, Hilton, etc. great property, great hot springs, great service. I left some small stuff in the bathroom robe and housekeeping replaced the robes; after I asked about it the hotel staff took lots of efforts to find them which was a happy surprise. I asked for something and housekeeping will deliver it within ten minutes which is rare today!

We stayed in a honeymoon suite. Every morning the housekeeping staff were outside the door early- slamming doors, talking loudly, moving around bags of what sounded like glass bottles in bags. It echos in the room. They wanted in the room to clean by 9 am- we weren’t up at that time. We put the do not disturb sign on the door and one morning the lights suddenly came on in the room and our phone started ringing- a hang up call. Obviously they wanted in the room to clean so we got up and left.
Our last night we were on the patio playing music on a little speaker at 9 pm. The doors to the room were closed so we couldn't hear knocking on the door or the phone ring. Suddenly again all the lights came on in the room which caught our attention. There were three men at the door asking us to turn off the music. Seemed like overkill to us. We didn’t mean to disrupt so we turned it off immediately and went to put on a movie in the room- but they had disabled the tv too. It took about 15 min for them to turn it back on.
Other than a day pass to the hot springs and spa I would not recommend this hotel.

We had an experience of our life time. The resort was worth more than every penny spent. I dont have a single thing to complain about. Every aspect of our stay was phenomenal. Ambience, service, friendly staff, amenities, food ………. Top notch
