Elephant Hills 3 Day/2 Night Trip

We enjoyed a spectacular 3 Day / 2 Night trip to the Elephant Hills Safari! A truly amazing trip with impeccable organisation booked with Travelbag. We arrived in Phuket and had a transfer to the Elephant Camp where we were met by our fantastic guide for the trip NoNg. On the first afternoon we took a canoe down river to the Elephant experience for the feeding and interacting with the elephants - wow what an experience that was😊 before returning to camp. The meals and all food throughout our trip was fabulous. On the 2nd day we took a boat trip on Cheow Larn Lake to our camp. It is a wonderful setting over the water and we enjoyed the swimming, kayaking
and paddle boarding. There was also a hike to Phom Pet Cave. This was an incredible experience which we will always remember and special thanks to NoNg who was outstanding throughout. Well done and thank you to all involved for the amazing memories we now have. Highly recommend to all.

Great 3 days in Jungle

Our family of 6 had a fantastic 3 days at main camp and night at Lake Camp.

The Lake Camp was the highlight.

Great food and service. Our guide Mona, was kind, organised and considerate. Fantastic host.

All the activities were fantastic. Feeding elephants, canoeing’s, jungle walk, long tail boat trip across lake, swimming and paddle boarding.

Perfect length of time with elephants. Less wildlife than was expecting, but could be time of year.

Highly recommend.

Incredible trip

Absolutely wonderful experience at Elephant Hills and the Lake camp. Our two night stay was the absolute highlight of our trip to Thailand, phenomenal organisation, with everything thought of. Our guide, Tam, was so lovely, funny, clever and with a real knowledge of everything. She was with us for our whole trip, which was lovely. Meeting the elephants was wonderful, and a real highlight, but the other elements of the trip, especially the lake camp, were equally enjoyable and well organised. We loved all the food, which was delicious and plentiful. The tents were really good, no air-con, but a big powerful fan. We loved the hike to the bat cave, hard work up a steep incline, but absolutely worth it. Waking up at the Lake camp and looking out at the magnificent views, whilst listening to the wildlife and monkeys in the trees around you was wonderful and something we will never forget. If you get a chance to do this trip, jump at it. It really is fabulous.

Room tip: Enjoy every second!

Amazing 2 night stay

Just loved this trip - 2 nights immersed in nature. The accommodation was really comfortable, clean and well equipped. The mosquito screens meant we were hardly bothered by bugs.

All the staff are amazing - they helped us spot wildlife at the lake camp. Our guide Saow was amazing - really helpful, funny and informative.

Getting up close to the elephants was an incredible experience, if very mucky - take dark coloured or old clothing! We also loved the boat journey and the stunning scenery. At the lake the swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking were great, and stargazing at night. Plus the chance to spot loads of wildlife from the camp including lingurs and gibbons.

We left feeling completely relaxed and wishing we could have stayed longer.

Breathtaking

This truly is like stepping off the planet for a couple of days.. the location is breathtaking and indescribable.. such beauty .. our guide Saow clearly loves her job, she was so knowledgeable and so interested in sharing that knowledge with us. It was our daughters 21st birthday while we were there .. without asking they prepared a gluten free birthday cake as 2 of my family are gluten free, never before has anyone gone to such trouble.. these 3 days were a highlight of the holiday. Thank you Saow and all the team at elephant hills for the most amazing memories
