I spent a weekend on February 2014 as a couple.
The Hotel is well placed in the center of Anzère and few minutes from the Wellness SPA (I could saw it from my room). Nice view from the room but the Hotel globally looks really old, outdated.

Nevertheless, the staffs are really friendly and in general, I would say that it's a good deal.

We stayed with our family at the Zodiaque last Christmas and were absolutely delighted with
everything. We had the choice of booking half-board or self-catering which we all opted for.
Our apartment was well furnished and had good cooking facilities and a fridge. All the rooms have a balcony but ours had a spacious terrrace with spectacular views across the
Valais and even though it was winter we were able to sit outside in the sun. The cleaning
staff do their job well, both our rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean.
Our daughter and young family had a large studio on the other side of the hotel which overlooked the lovely animated traffic-free village square where there is always something going on. The owners and their son are really friendly and go out of their way to ensure to please. The Bar Soleil is a great place to spend an evening, not only do you meet other visitors but it is
very popular with the locals who love to practice their English chatting to you.

We have also stayed at the Zodiaque during the summer months when it is just perfect to
sit on the balcony for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you wish, otherwise there are two very
good restaurants attached to the hotel one of which is brand new this year. The terrace outside the bar is the perfect place to relax with a drink and take in the magnificent view.

This is very much a family hotel, children - even dogs - are all welcome and you can be
sure of a warm reception from the family Gollut and their staff.

Two other families have gone to stay at the Zodiaque on our recommendation and they
too came home determined to go again next year.

Room tip: South facing rooms have the fantastic views and all day sun, North facing rooms have the benefit of seeing all that is going on in and around the village square - Perfect for New Year's Eve!

As a family of four (two adults and two children), we stayed at this lovely and picturesque hotel for four nights in August and really liked it. Its location is great right on the pedestrian village square of Anzere which has a nice playground, restaurants, shops and a Spa with a nice swimming pool. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly and professional receptionis with red hair and we were directed to our comfortable and spacious quadriple room on the sixth floor which was more of a suite than a bedroom (separate bedroom and living room area). At the bar where we had a number of drinks the service was very friendly and our children really enjoyed playing fussball there. Close by there was a paying Internet point area with computers and a printer. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definately return to it in the future.

I travelled here after advice from a friend of a friend. Expected the usual busy high prices and rushed staff. On the first day after meeting all the local bar owners and everyone else on a night out could not believe how friendly the place was and looked forward to my first day on the mountain. We went at end of Jan when it was not so busy and some days felt like we had most of the mountain to ourselves well worth every penny. Will definately be visiting again. PS check out the view from the hotel bar balcony. Looks great even on a bad day. Cant wait to visit again and meet all the new friends iv made.

Great family ran friendly hotel. Located ideally in the centre of Anzere village with awesome views of the southern Swiss Alps and close to all local amenities Telecabin, busses, restaurants and bars. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating providing weather info, snow reports and travel assistance. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout as are the rooms which are cleaned daily. The rooms are very comfortable quite spacious and have all the facilities you need to cater for yourself with well equipped mini kitchen. I had a perfect view into Anzere square, beginner slope and views of the mountains. The view from the reception bar is mind blowing as is the resort itself. I will highly recommend the hotel to friends and family alike. Anzere you have stolen my heart and can't wait to return.
