I have been this hotel, and i have to say, it's a great one, from the pools to the gaming rooms, everything is well kept, i enjoyed this hotel a LOT, and i am planning to come back there one more time (any maybe even more), if you are planning to go to a quiet and smooth hotel, don't skip this one. Romantic weekend for two, very good offer and lets say good organized but with some minor details that can be a problem. Hotel is very good, staff very helpful, but rooms (blocks) are not marked well so we ended trying to enter wrong room with same number. We asked smoking room for romantic weekend and get room on last floor which is not a problem, but room and details inside are. Balcony is looking on storage room and it is at the end of building (not very romantic), room was very basic and it was more like 4* and not 5*. Bathtub was cracked, some of amenities where missing, DVD player for TV with no option to rent movie, floor with ugly scratches, only one slippers, old towels... Pool was very clean (indoor and outdoor) and service is excellent for everything you asked. Restaurant, service and food was also very good and tasty. Overall we had good time but small things like these are not common for 5* hotel.

In the period of your stay at our hotel, we had a very large number of reservations for double rooms, and we did not have a more romantic room available to offer to you.
According to that situation, only two rooms without a balcony and the room concerned were available. We chose to book this one, so you could have a balcony and we thought it would be better for you to be accommodated in this wing with an elevator that goes directly to the Spa &Wellness centre.
We are very sorry that you had these inconvenient experiences. Certainly, we will improve our services and amenities of the room. Our household service was notified of these oversights and they will conduct corrective actions.

Great hotel, very well kept. Has a great location, right on the brink of the big park, easy to find by car.
Big free parking space, regular rooms on the smaller side but they are ok, well furbished with all the usual amenities and toiletries and nice fast wifi.
Spa rooms and closed pool are excellent, air and water temperatures kept at appropriate levels. As we went during the low season, we had increadibly peaceful time. Id imagine during high season it can get overcrowded.
Restaurant and food on a solid level, lots to choose from and fresh, the only downside - no basic drinks included in the buffet dinner. Like.. nothing.. not even plain water, and thats in a place where if you stick a finger in the ground water will start bursting out.
Overall, good relaxing spa break

This is a beautiful 5* hotel however the service is rather poor and some of the important details are missing. Only one person working at the reception. No one to help the guests with luggage at the entrance. My review will focus on the breakfast, which you may use even if you're not a guest a the hotel. All i can say - the service is more about quantity than quality. There was nothing worth remembering, not any special dish, just plenty of them. What shocked me the most is that the juice served wasn't even natural, but the cheapest possible artificial juice. That's unacceptable for a 5* hotel and the first time in life i experience that. That is why i'll rate this property with two stars only.

Hotel is located at the edge of Arandjelovac’s center and spa park. Easy to find if you are going by car. Hotel guests can count on free parking space.
Since the hotel experienced the vital renovation few years ago, everything is still in the good shape. However, since the basic blueprints are 40+ years old, one could find a disproportion between spacious lobby and corridors and rather small rooms. Since we stayed only one night, we managed to pack in. Room is equipped with the LCD TV (basic set of channels), mini bar and closet safe box. Bed is big and fine.
Bathroom is however spacious with everything you might need including a hairdryer. It has walk in shower with good water pressure (hard to find in hotels).
Guests that come to Izvor, probably come because of the spa. Hotel contains a closed pool and spa (included in the room price). Spa rooms (Roman, Russian, Finnish...) and pools are well maintained and not so crowd (we were on Sunday). We didn’t find any note if the water in any of the pools is natural thermal or just heated. We wanted to book a massage, but all masseurs were already booked, and spa receptionist told us that for the weekend one should book almost a week in advance. I think that is an important issue for the hotel, since most guests spend just few days here and mostly for weekend getaways.
There is also an outdoor aqua park, but we have no comment on it since we stayed in February.
Hotel is a little bit pricey for Serbia province. And it deserves it mostly by a great service. Everyone from the staff was very professional and kind, everything is clean and well maintained. They even surprise me with the small cake for my birthday at the breakfast. Thank you!
Our greatest disappointment was the breakfast itself (we didn’t take other meals at the hotel). The variety of the buffet was OK, by the quality of ingredients could be better. For example, the selection of meat contains different kind of salami and sausages, but no more expensive ham or prosciutto, as one would expect in Serbia. Quality of pastry was 3/5. Fruit selection included only sliced orange and grapefruit.
