I never leave reviews but after this experience i felt like i should do something to repay the favor of kindness. After having being charged high prices by 90% of the island here, we decided to read some reviews and one name in particular kept popping up so I gave him a WhatsApp message and within half hour he was there waiting to pick us up.
Cant put into words how lovely Mr Ma Diba is (+255 777 284), and how he instantly made our trip better.
We negotiated a deal with him (that cost us 70% less than what every other taxi was charging) and he picked us up from Matemwe and took us to kendwa beach. If you want a great sunset and a party vibe, this is the beach. A few different bars and restaurants, all at very reasonable island price. But, if you want something quiet and relaxing, theres plenty of alternative places on the island.
He waited in his car for 8 hours and then took us home (even though we insisted he didn't have to stay). Ive got to know him very well, and he even invited us to his home to meet his family and stay for dinner.
This gent will go above and beyond for his customers, so anything you need north of the island, he can have your whole trip arranged from taxi, to tours, please contact (and even mention my name)

Most clean, beautiful sand and water I have even seen. In rain season there is only a few tourist which makes it even more comfortable to stay. Maasai tribes made our trip even more interesting. I will encourage you to talk to people. They will definitely want to sell you something but appart from that they just want to meet other people and share their stories.
It is not like Eurpoean beach. This is paradise :)

The most beautiful pristine white powder beach. We had a super driver there if anyone needs a driver or guide- Ma Diba +255777109284 very fair prices and totally went above and beyond when I lost my ferry ticket he helped me so much to replace it.

This is one of the best beaches of Zanzibar! There is NO seaweed, the water is turquoise and the sand is nice. But the water is very deep.
